Speed preselection
(GWS 18V-15 SC / GWS 18V-15 PSC)
Note: Individually adjustable speed presetting with up to 6 speed levels is only available when the Bluetooth ® Low Energy Module GCY 42 (not included with the product as standard) is inserted.
In the default setting, 3 speed levels are preset. A special application (Bosch Toolbox App) can be used to program up to 6 speed levels.
If the number of speed levels is changed, the values of the individual levels are adjusted by default. In this case, the speed level/mode indicator (40) lights up white. When a speed value is programmed individually, the speed level/mode indicator (40) lights up blue at this speed level (i.e. not according to a default setting). The individual adaptation of speed levels is possible in steps of 200 min-1 each. Observe the ascending logic of the steps (2 ≥ 1 / 3 ≥ 2 etc).
The information in the tables below describes the preset speeds (default settings) for each programmed number of levels.

You can use the button for speed preselection (39) to preselect the required speed, even during operation. The information in the table below describes the recommended values for the default settings with 3 preset speed levels.

- The rated speed of the accessory must be at least equal to the maximum speed marked on the power tool. Accessories running faster than their rated speed can break and fly apart.
