User interface and connectivity functions

The user interface (37) is used to preselect the speed, to turn the laser and worklight on and off and to indicate the status of the power tool.

Note: The speed preselection button (56) and the laser/worklight on/off button (54) are active when the power tool is switched off or running at no-load.

If the power tool is operated in the energy-saving ECO mode, the battery life may be up to 20% longer.

If the ECO mode is active, the symbol E is shown on the speed setting/mode indicator (55). In addition, the ECO mode indicator (50) lights up.

An ECO mode and three speed settings are preset.

The values for materials in the table are recommendations.
When sawing at a factory preset speed, the speed setting/mode indicator (56) lights up white.

You can use the button for speed preselection (56) to set the speed, even during operation.
When sawing at an individually set speed, the speed setting/mode indicator (56) lights up blue.

Run the power tool at no load and allow it to cool down, or replace or charge the battery soon

Allow the power tool to cool down, or replace or charge the battery

Flashing red

Restart protection is triggered

Turn the power tool off and on again; if necessary, remove the battery and reinsert it.

Flashing blue

Power tool is connected to a mobile device or settings are being transferred

Yellow

Critical temperature has been reached (motor, electronics, battery)

Run the power tool at no load and allow it to cool down

Red

Power tool is overheated and will switch off

Leave the power tool to cool down

Press the laser/worklight on/off button (54)as many times as needed for the required laser indicator (52) and/or worklight indicator (53) to light up.

The smartphone indicator lights up when the power tool sends information (e. g. temperature warning) to a mobile device via Bluetooth® wireless technology.
