Preparing the Saw Stand

  • Insert one bolt (12) each through the assembly sliding plate (17) and (18).
  • Position the assembly sliding plate (17) with the bolt in the rear slot of the holder set (6).
  • Position the assembly sliding plate (18) with the bolt in the front slot of the holder set (6).
  • Repeat the steps with the second holder set.

  • Insert one bolt (12) through the assembly sliding plate (17) and one bolt (10) through the assembly sliding plate (18).
  • Position the assembly sliding plate (17) with the bolt in the rear slot of the holder set (6).
  • Position the assembly sliding plate (18) with the bolt in the front slot of the holder set (6) and secure the bolt against falling out with threadlocker (15).
  • Repeat the steps with the second holder set.

  • Bring the power tool into the transport position.
    Information about the transport position can be found in the operating instructions for the corresponding power tool.
  • Lift one side of the power tool and position the bolts of the holder set at the correct distance from the mounting holes on the power tool.
    Note: Power tools with offset mounting holes can also be fastened through the elongated hole in the assembly sliding plate (18) and the transverse slot in the holder set (6).
  • Lower the power tool onto the bolts and loosely screw together the holder set (6) and power tool using the washers (13), lock washers (14) and nuts (16).
  • Screw the locking knob (8) into the corresponding hole of the holder set (6).
  • Repeat the steps with the second holder set.

  • Align the two holder sets (6) such that they are parallel to each other.
  • Position the power tool at the centre of the saw stand in the order shown. First rest the rounded holder down on the front rail ➊ and then slowly and carefully tilt the power tool ➋ until it is securely supported on the rear rail.
  • If necessary, move the power tool onto the holder sets (6) such that the weight is centrally above the saw stand.
  • Then firmly tighten the nuts (16) in order to definitively fasten the power tool.
  • Then firmly tighten the two locking knobs (8) of the holder set.
