We improved the packaging design of our accessories to make sure you can easily find the most relevant information. Our goal is to offer the best user guidance and make choosing the right accessory easier.

The packaging of the PRO accessory I ordered online is different from the packaging I received. Is it the same accessory?

Yes, it’s the same PRO accessory with the same PRO benefits and great performance. We’re currently transitioning from the old packaging to the new one, which means that you may still receive products in the old packaging. We’re doing our best to reduce the transition period.

The name of the PRO accessory I ordered online is different from the name of the one I received. Is it the same PRO accessory?

Yes, it’s the same PRO accessory with the same PRO benefits and great performance. We’re currently transitioning from the old product names and packaging to the new PRO names and packaging, which means that you may still receive products with old names and in the old packaging. We’re doing our best to reduce the transition period.

Can I return the accessory in the old packaging and get the accessory in the new one?

There’s no need to return products in the old packaging. They are the same as the ones in the new PRO packaging. Only the packaging and product markings are different.

Why can’t I find the new PRO products at my dealers?

We are currently rolling out the new products. Some dealers will have it sooner than others depending on their stock level.

Why are the product markings different? Is it still the same product with the same performance?

Yes, it is still the same product with the same performance. We adapted the product markings for better user guidance.
