PRO Deals is the official online promotion offered by Bosch Professional. We offer new deals at regular intervals throughout the year. To not miss future deals, check this page regularly!

First, you need to register for a Bosch ID. This automatically creates your PRO360 profile. After logging in to your PRO360 profile, you can register your purchased products, upload proof-of-purchase, enter the net prices, and then select your reward from a list.

If you already have a Bosch ID, you can log into your PRO360 profile using the same account information. If you don't have a Bosch ID, you can simply register a new account. It's free and only takes a few clicks.

Creating your Bosch ID will give you access to PRO360, the official service app for Bosch Professional. PRO360 is available both as a desktop and mobile application, and allows you to register tools, extend product warranties or guarantees, and more.

Having a PRO360 profile makes it easier for you to participate in PRO Deals. When you register your purchases in PRO Deals to claim your reward, this automatically registers your products in PRO360 as well and extends the guarantee of your tools. As your account information has been saved, you won't have to re-enter your information, making it easier for you to participate in future PRO Deals. Your PRO360 profile lets you make use of our other convenient digital services, such as keeping track of your tool inventory.

The PRO360 app is a helpful way for you to keep track of other digital services, such as your registered list of tools and the extension of your tools' guarantees.

To qualify for participation in the 18V PRO Deal your purchased product needs to be over £199.00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem a free of charge ProCORE18V 4,0Ah battery and over £299.00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem one of the free of charge 18V tools. To claim your reward, please provide the product's net price (i.e. price without VAT).

Yes. After you have submitted your PRO Deal reward claim, you can easily extend your purchased product's warranty in the next step. Please note the purchased product must eligible for the extended guarantee in the first place.

The 18V PRO Deal runs from September 1st to December 31th, 2024. You must purchase the promoted product(s) during this period to be eligible for the PRO Deal. To claim your reward, register your product(s) between September 1st 2024 and January 31th, 2025. All you need to do is register your product(s) and upload your proof-of-purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt, delivery note) clearly stating the initial order or purchase date.

To be eligible for this PRO Deal, you must buy a Bosch Professional 18V tool or kit that exceeds, £199,00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem a free of charge ProCORE18V 4,0Ah battery or £299,00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem one of the free of charge 18V tools.

No. You can buy the promoted product from any dealer or even online retailer.

Yes. You can participate with PRO Deals after purchase of a Bosch Professional garden tool if you meet the other promotion criteria.

No. Your purchase is only eligible for this PRO Deal if the individual 18V tool or kit exceeds the minimum value of £199,00 (incl. VAT) to redeem a free of charge ProCORE18V 4,0Ah battery or £299,00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem one of the free of charge 18V tools. The good news is: You can redeem one reward for each tool as long as your new 18V tool's purchase price meets the required minimum value. If multiple tools are listed on the same invoice, you can upload the same invoice to register each tool separately.

Please register only one 18V tool from your kit. You should provide the serial number and baretool number of this tool.

No. To qualify for a PRO Deal, you must purchase the promoted product in the same participating country. See list of participanting countries.

You can only select your reward after you have registered your purchased tool for the first time. Simply provide the product number and serial number (which you both can find on the nameplate on the tool), purchase price and upload a proof-of-purchase.

You can now easily provide product number, serial number automatically by scanning the packaging code on the packaging sealing label with your tablet or smartphone.

It's easy. Simply follow the instructions after logging in to your PRO360 profile and registering your new tool. Your invoice can be uploaded as JPG, PNG or a PDF (max. one page, 10 MB). The invoice must clearly show the product, price, invoice date and dealer name.

If you don't have an invoice, you can upload a delivery note, receipt, or any proof-of-purchase that contains all the following information: Product, price, date and dealer.

Yes. However, your purchase is only eligible for this PRO Deal if the actual net final price you paid exceeds £199,00 (incl. VAT) to redeem a free of charge ProCORE18V 4,0Ah battery or £299,00 (incl. VAT) if you want to redeem one of the free of charge 18V tools.

If you can no longer find (or select) the reward you want in the rewards list, this means that we have run out of stock for the promotional period. We only display available rewards that you can still claim. In case a reward is out of stock, this will be visible in the reward selection process. Hurry: the best rewards run out quickly!

After submitting your reward claim, you will be informed by e-mail of every status update.

Business customers may participate in a PRO Deal without limitation during the promotion period. Private customers are limited to a maximum of 3 participations per promotion campaign.
