Bosch Power Tools attaches great importance to the quality and safety of its products. User satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, we are conducting a voluntary service measure of certain GTS 10 XC table saws in the UK.
In the course of our ongoing quality controls, we have detected that the material used for some of the rubber feet at the base plate of a limited number of GTS10XC table saws does not comply with RoHS Regulation (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012). This non-conformity applies to the two rear rubber feet on Bosch GTS 10 XC table saws that were produced between July 2019 and August 2021.
As a consequence, we offer free replacement rubber feet for those users with affected table saws. As part of the replacement process, we would be grateful for the non-compliant rubber feet to be sent back to Bosch to ensure a proper, environmentally friendly, disposal. Please note that this voluntary measure is to ensure the proper disposal of the non-compliant rubber feet. The non-compliant rubber feet do not pose any safety risks to users

If your Bosch Table Saw GTS 10 XC was produced between July 2019 and August 2021, please contact us at or 0344-736-0109. Our service team will then send you a replacement kit for the affected rubber feet with instructions as to how to replace the rubber feet. This kit will also include a free return envelope for you to send the exchanged rubber feet back to Bosch for proper disposal.
