Bosch offers two different metal cut-off saws: The GCO 14-24 J with a speed of 3800 rpm and a maximum cutting capacity of 130 x 130 mm (L-profile 0°). This tool's cutting disc and high rotational speed mean that the cutting speed is very high.
The has a cutting capacity of 110 x 110 mm (L-profile 0°) and a speed of 1500 rpm. The low speed enables cuts that are virtually spark-free. It is not necessary to cool the saw blade in this process. The two metal cut-off saws have a starting current limitation which briefly minimises the motor load during start-up.
